I was supposed to receive a package from Meshki on Friday 21/4, three weeks ago, which never showed up even though the courier reported the package as delivered. I have shopped from Meshki many times in the past with no problems. Naive as I am, I contacted customer service for help. It has been three weeks of trauma where I have tried to get the problem resolved, where I have been met by Meshki who disclaims responsibility. I am sitting here without my package and the money I spent which was many thousands. Steer clear of this brand unless you want to lose money and waste your time waiting for a response from someone who won't help you!

Arrived in good time and the fit is okay but pretty poor quality for the price - €130 for 100% polyester that is made in China 😪 Can't return because they charge, probably would get better at Asos

Ordered the Maci Crepe dress in black and loved it so much I bought another one in blue! However when the blue dress arrived it wasn't the same size as the black one (despite me ordering the exact dress in the same sizing in a different colour)? Happy overall!

Customer service was amazing!! 10/10!! I worked with Gil and she was very attentive to my issue. I accidentally listed the wrong address for my order and i needed this to be fixed immediately or i would’ve spent $130 and not have a dress for graduation. Gil assisted me in updating the address for my order and she was so kind and helpful. I love meshki and their clothing. Their customer service has now raised my standards for companies and also my respect for this one! Thanks again Gil! You just made graduation day even better :)

Absolute shocking customer service!!! Ordered some items they were too big!! Return created on 11/4/23 and auspost confirmed meshki received on 19/4/23!!! I have sent at least 5 emails to customer service to chase up on my refund!! No response at all! Very unprofessional to get no response or acknowledgment whatsoever!!! It’s been 3 weeks since the return and no update at all. Do not recommend. For some reason meshki are only responding on trust pilot …. My order number is #1149752!!! Be good to hear from you!!! I want my money back!!!

This company has absolutely no customer service. I returned a dress (order G40018) within the time limit, over 5 weeks ago & have heard nothing. The parcel was tracked and delivered , but I have received no confirmation of the return. The return label cost £10, which was not clear on ordering . I have spent time trying to contact the company on numerous occasions and have not received any reply . This is the worst company I have ever encountered- avoid at all costs

Gil, a Meshki customer service specialist, contacted me after leaving a one-star review on an ill-fitting bralette I purchased. Gil was very nice, quick to respond, and offered to help me find another replacement top to match the skirt I had purchased on the site (the bralette and skirt were part of a coord set). After getting my measurements Gil suggested a few cute pieces and offered me a discount for my troubles. Gil was great. I've seen many reviews about how difficult and costly returns are so I will give the bralette to a friend. Otherwise, this was my 3rd purchase on the site, and the quality of the product as far as fabric and stitching has never disappointed me.

Mis ordered a couple dresses, the company got back to me very quickly and cancelled and refunded in the same day. Very friendly, responsive and efficient customer service!

Unresponsive to emails. Trying to return an item but the returns portal doesn’t work and no one has gotten back to my email for a week.

I bought a dress from them, and unfortunately the dress is way too big than I expected, so I asked for a return, plus the return options were to return the dress and receive half the price I had paid so, I went to check the policies them for return and there is nothing saying that I could not return because the product was big, I have never seen that in my life, orders that cannot be returned because they are not your size, and still lose half the amount I paid for that the other half they gave me with store credits, they're smart, right?

Ordered a dress which looked amazing online - when it arrived I was so disappointed. The fabric looks and feels cheap, to make things worse you then have to pay £9.99 to return any item, plus you have to pay for the shipping. This wasn’t mentioned when ordering so I’m left feeling really disappointed and as if I’ve been ripped off - avoid.

Clothing spectacular, so many choices, so many beautiful garments.
Customer service though is on another level !!
Gil you went above & beyond with your customer care, thank you it was an absolute pleasure - this was the fastest turn around of customer service I’ve ever experienced, so well done Meshki team & thank you again Gil for helping me.
Will definitely be recommending this brand & re purchasing from ther. :)
