"Pretty close to the photos"
I ordered a dress and, it looked pretty much like the pictures on the site. The color and fit were about what I was expecting, so there weren’t really any weird surprises when it showed up. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Not Impressed Overall"
The fabric felt alright, I guess, but the stitching really stood out in a bad way. It just looked kind of sloppy and made the whole thing feel cheaper than I expected.

"I ordered my usual size thinking…"
I ordered my usual size thinking it would fit like it should, but of course it ended up being way too tight on me. It’s frustrating because I did what I was supposed to do, and now I’m stuck dealing with something that doesn’t fit comfortably.

"Color wasn’t what I expected"
In my opinion, the dress itself was just okay. The fit was fine and it wasn’t a bad dress, but the color really threw me off. I thought I was ordering a soft beige based on the photos, but in person it looked more yellow/cream to me. I mainly bought it for the color, so I was kind of disappointed.

"Looked cute online, but not quite right"
I ordered this dress for a wedding because it looked really nice in the photos, but in person the material felt thin. The fit was a little weird on me too, so it just didn’t feel like something I’d want to wear for a special occasion. Disappointing overall, and I probably wouldn’t pick it again.

"Clothes were fine, packaging could’ve been better"
My order arrived without any real issues, but the packaging felt a little cheap for the price, if I’m being honest. The box was slightly dented when it showed up, which made me a bit nervous at first, but thankfully the clothes were totally fine inside. So yeah, not a bad experience, but not exactly impressive either.

"I really liked how the dress looked when…"
I really liked how the dress looked when I first put it on, and it’s cute enough if you just need something for a quick photo or a one-time event. But after wearing it once, the stitching already started coming undone, which was disappointing. For the price, I expected it to hold up better, so I wouldn’t buy it again unless the quality improves

"Nice design, but didn’t feel worth the price"
I really liked the design at first, but once I got it, the price felt a bit high for what it actually is. The quality was just okay, nothing that really impressed me. It also kind of had that no-real-person-there feeling, like the whole experience was a little impersonal. Overall, it wasn’t really worth it for me.

"Tracking Was Mostly Fine... Eventually"
I ordered from MESHKI U.S the tracking was easy to follow for the most part. I got my confirmation email quickly, and the tracking link actually worked, which is always a thrilling modern miracle. The only annoying part was that it didn’t update for a day or two, so I was just sitting there wondering if my package had entered a mysterious shipping black hole. Then suddenly, a bunch of scans appeared like nothing happened. The package still arrived around the expected time and everything was fine, so I’d order again. I just wish the tracking was a little more real-time and a little less dramatic.

"Terrible"


I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a $230 dress for my daughter’s prom, and although it looked okay, it didn’t fit. We returned it immediately, following the company’s stated policy.
According to their policy, I should have received store credit—but instead, I’ve been completely ignored. I was told I would hear back within 48 hours. It has now been four business days, and despite sending multiple emails, I’ve received no response.
To make matters worse, their online chat is practically useless. I spent an hour waiting and was never able to properly connect with anyone or get help.
At this point, I feel like I’ve just lost $230 with no accountability from the company. The lack of communication and customer service is unacceptable, especially for such an expensive purchase tied to an important event like prom.
I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from here—if something goes wrong, don’t expect timely or helpful support.

I’ve usually been loyal to another brand, so I wasn’t totally sure how I’d feel about this experience. But the refund came through super quickly and without any hassle, which I really appreciated. It definitely made me think twice about sticking with my usual go-to

"Good deals, no drama at checkout"
I ordered from MESHKI U.S during one of their promos and, you know, I was totally calm and not at all overthinking whether the code would actually work. It went through fine at checkout with no weird issues, which was nice. Shipping took about as long as I expected, and the dress looked really good for what I paid. I also like that they seem to run sales often, because it makes buying something feel a little less irresponsible lol. I’d shop there again

"Good dress, but support felt kind of useless"
I actually liked the dress, but trying to get help about sizing and a possible return was annoying. I emailed customer service and waited way too long for a reply, then had to follow up myself. When they finally answered, it was basically one of those polished, vague responses that sounds nice but doesn’t really help much. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating

"I've worn this dress a ridiculous number..."
I've worn this dress a ridiculous number of times, and somehow it still looks new. The stitching hasn't given up, the fabric hasn't gone weird, so I guess I'll just have to keep wearing it. Tragic, really

"Mobile checkout was more annoying than it should be"
I was trying to shop on my phone, but the filters kept lagging and it made browsing frustrating. Checkout also felt confusing on mobile, like I had to stop and figure out what to do next. On top of that, I kept getting asked to verify myself again and again, which got old really fast. Not the smoothest experience.
